Our pet care services are all breed and bully breed friendly, feline certified, insured, bonded and are recommended by local veterinarians in Savage and Prior Lake to keep your pets happiest in the comfort of their own home:

Feeding, watering, potty breaks, litter changes, and socialization are always customized to your pet's individual needs. Please note that a single $20 fee is charged on all US federal holidays (this fee goes to your sitter that day).

OUR PROCESS OVERVIEW
Our journey with you and your pet can be broken down into 5 easy steps:
1) Contact
You and your pet can email us and we can talk about your pets needs. At this time we can check availability for dates requested and give you a quote for our services. From here, we can schedule a consultation with Alysha.
2) Consultation
We require a one-time consultation scheduled with Alysha prior to use of our services. This meeting provides us with an opportunity to meet both you and your pet. Getting to know you both is extremely important to us as it provides us with information on your pets individual needs. This also gives us a chance to impress your pet, because that is who matters most! Consultations typically take between 30-60 minutes. At this time we go over care instructions, paperwork, insurance coverage, schedule and online system directions. Please note that Monday through Fridays are free. Consults requiring to be scheduled within 48 hours of needing care or on weekends will require a $30 cash fee.
3) Connecting Your Account
At Preferred Pet Sitter, we utilize an online client account system. At the consultation you will be directed to connect your email address and choose a password for your online account. Once connected you can view and update your pets and personal information, confirm/cancel our schedule, view invoices, make payments and leave notes for our sitters. This is also where you request future appointments.
4) The Pet Sit
All pet sitting prices are 'per visit' and include mileage, tax, insurance, feeding/ watering, potty break, playtime, medication administration and socialization (if your pet chooses). Your in home free options are walks, litter box care, mail pickup, plant watering, garbage can bring out and alternating lights. You will receive email updates with a photo included and a report card of your pet's time with us! Payment is due at time of service.
5) Afterward
Most of our clients come home to a sleepy friend, as we are an advocate for healthy pets that means lots of playtime! Our goal as your pet sitter is to satisfy your pet and exceed your expectations. If at any time you have questions regarding our time with your pet please feel free to contact us.
